1. Multi-country West African sourcing

We query our partner cooperatives, ginners and extractors in Benin, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria, Togo, Burkina Faso. According to your needs, we arbitrage origin to optimize quality, price, availability and timing.

2. Quality control

Each lot is accompanied by a detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA).

  • Product specs: protein, moisture, FFA, KOR, nut count, etc. per product
  • Microbiological tests when relevant
  • Systematic aflatoxin testing on cashew
  • Loading inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Cotecna available
  • Guaranteed EU MRL pesticide compliance

3. Export documentation

We produce all documents necessary for import into your destination country:

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Certificate of origin
  • Commercial invoice + packing list
  • Bill of Lading
  • Fumigation certificate (methyl bromide or phosphine depending on destination)
  • Specific certifications on request (Ecocert / USDA Organic, non-GMO)

4. Logistics and loading

  • Loading ports: Lomé (main hub), Cotonou, Tema, Abidjan, Lagos
  • Packaging of choice: bulk, 1 MT big bags, 50 kg sacks, 80 kg jute (cashew), 22 MT flexitank (oils)
  • Flexible MOQ: from one FCL container (24-26 MT) for solids, 1 flexitank for oils
  • Loading follow-up: photos, schedule, BL, container tracking

5. Quoting and pricing

  • Transparent indexing on global benchmarks: CBOT (soybean, oil), MATIF (meal), NYBOT (cotton), day’s West African market (cashew)
  • Quote response within 24-48 hours
  • Flexible payment terms: LC at sight, TT 30/70, or negotiated
