Refund Policy
Before any return, the buyer is required to contact the seller by email support@karnems.com in order to find the easiest way for the return.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment of your returns. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice if the customer has not contacted and followed the return instructions given by the seller.
For damaged products whose return has been synchronized with the seller, the return costs are reimbursed. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).

Article 1 - Return of unopened items:
We only accept returns of items returned within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.
Article 2 - Exchanges
We will only exchange defective or damaged goods. When you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you how to return the product.
Article 3 - Shipping
In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the customer must inform the seller beforehand, so that the latter can communicate the instructions related to the return product. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his/her own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund.

Article 4 - Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are not refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 20 business days after receipt of our email may elapse before the refund is received.
If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send a new item to the original shipping address.
Article 5 - Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.
